Summa Health invites applications for an OB/GYN physician at the Akron, Ohio campus. The selected candidate will join Summa Health Medical Group, a large multi-specialty practice with a robust women's health program.

The role offers an employed position with competitive compensation, benefits, signing bonus, relocation, and CME allowance. There is teaching of residents and an academic appointment at NEOMed, with Level III NICU support on site.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN.
• Unrestricted Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work in Akron and surrounding communities.
• Ability to teach and work with residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality patient-centered, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise obstetrics/gynecology residents.
• Provide high-quality clinical care in a busy women's health setting.
• Collaborate within a large, multi-specialty Summa Health Medical Group.
