Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio is seeking a board certified/eligible OB/GYN to join Summa Health Medical Group. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive women's health care and collaborate with a large, established team.

Responsibilities include teaching residents, utilizing the Epic EMR, and contributing to a busy Women’s Center with Level III NICU support; an academic appointment at Northeast Ohio Medical University may be available.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work in Akron and surrounding communities.
• Comfortable teaching and working with residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care as part of Summa Health Medical Group.
• Collaborate with a large, established team and NICU staff.
• Teach and mentor residents in clinical settings.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient care documentation.
