Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC in Clinton Township, Michigan is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join a growing women’s health practice. The role offers a four-day clinical workweek, a shared call schedule of approximately 1:8, a competitive guaranteed base salary with uncapped productivity-based incentives, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

The practice includes nine OB/GYN physicians with access to advanced robotic surgery, dedicated operating room time, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Michigan.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Dedication to high-quality patient care.
• Experienced physicians and 2027 graduating residents are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage prenatal, postpartum, and routine gynecologic visits
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures
• Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Participate in the shared call rotation
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and clinical support staff
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered women’s healthcare
