Job summary

Avera Brookings Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to provide full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in Brookings, SD.

You will join a team of 3 OB/GYNs, 3 FM OBs and 1 APP, maintain a 4.5-day work week with shared call, and use Da Vinci Xi robotic systems and in-clinic ultrasound.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) in South Dakota
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• DEA certification (state and federal)

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, gynecologic, and surgical services.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 OB/GYNs, 3 FM OBs and 1 APP to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Work a 4.5-day work week with shared call among OB/GYN and FMOB physicians.
• Care for a growing patient population supported by more than 400 annual deliveries and a Level II Nursery.
• Perform procedures with access to advanced technology, including the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system and in-clinic ultrasound.
• Partner with specialists through telemedicine support, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and eNICU services.
• Practice in a modern women's health program featuring a dedicated 10-bed OB unit with LDRP, triage, and postpartum care capabilities.
