Responsibilities of the OB/GYN Physician:

• Provide comprehensive care to pregnant women, including check-ups, fetal monitoring, and managing complications
• Assist with and manage deliveries
• Care for women postpartum
• Conduct routine examinations such as pelvic exams, Pap smears, and breast exams
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions
• Offer family planning counseling, contraceptive options, and perform sterilizations
• Perform surgical procedures like cesarean sections and hysterectomies
• Educate patients on reproductive health and contraception
• Provide emotional support for fertility and pregnancy-related issues
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Refer patients to specialists when needed
