   1. Physician:

   2. Support: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 3 APPs, 2 Office Staff
7. Call: Beeper
8. EMR System: MediTech / Athena

Requirements:

1. Certification: BC/BE ABOG
2. License: Active Iowa upon presentation; IMLC
3. Life Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
