Decatur-County-Memorial-Hospital in Greensburg, IN seeks a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases of women, focusing on reproductive health and childbirth. This full-time position involves clinic duties Monday-Thursday 8-5, and Friday 8-12, with on-call shifts varying.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Medicine, Indiana medical license, DEA, and BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred.

• Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases of women, especially reproductive health and childbirth.
• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care and coordinate with clinic and hospital teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital policies; participate in on-call rotations.

Skills & Abilities

Education

Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine required.

Experience

Two to four years related experience.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.

Certificates & Licenses

Current Indiana state medical license, DEA authorization required. CertificationinBLS and ACLSand PALS preferred.

Other Requirements

Maintains knowledge and skills: Attends mandatory meetings, completes required CME, knowledge of emergency and basic care procedures, knowledge of medications and side effects. This position requires constant standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, lifting and carrying 0-10 lbs and pushing and pulling 0-12 lbs, as well as, frequent reaching outward, reaching above shoulders, lifting and carrying 11-50 lbs and pushing and pulling 13-100 lbs.
