Job description

OB-GYN Physician | Multiple Texas Locations

Build a Sustainable OB-GYN Practice Without Practicing Alone

A growing women's health organization is seeking board-certified or board-eligible OB-GYN physicians for full-time opportunities across Texas.

Current locations include:

  • Allen
  • Dallas-Fort Worth
  • Beaumont

Candidates may select one preferred location or express interest in multiple Texas communities.

These opportunities combine comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care with an integrated support model designed to reduce the clinical and administrative burdens that physicians often shoulder alone. You will work alongside Certified Nurse Midwives and other women's health professionals in a collaborative environment focused on patient outcomes, continuity of care, and a more sustainable physician experience.

What Makes These Opportunities Different

Depending on location, the practice model may include:

  • Full-scope outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
  • Office-based and hospital-based gynecologic procedures and surgery
  • Certified Nurse Midwives providing in-house hospital coverage
  • Manageable physician backup-call schedules
  • Integrated clinical support that may include lactation, behavioral health, education, and other specialists
  • Operational and administrative support from an established women's health network
  • Technology designed to improve patient engagement and provider efficiency
  • Opportunities for clinical leadership and advancement

Specific clinic schedules, call arrangements, hospital partners, and patient volumes vary by location and will be discussed during the interview process.

Your Role

You will:

  • Provide patient-centered obstetric and gynecologic care across the lifespan
  • Perform gynecologic procedures and surgery within the scope of the assigned practice
  • Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives, physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team
  • Serve as physician backup during scheduled call coverage
  • Coordinate care across outpatient and hospital settings
  • Participate in quality-improvement and patient-safety initiatives
  • Complete clinical documentation and patient communications accurately and promptly
  • Help create an environment in which patients feel informed, respected, and supported

Physician Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Eligible for or licensed to practice medicine in Texas by the start date
  • Active or eligible DEA registration
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Comfortable practicing within a collaborative OB-GYN and midwifery model
  • Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Prior practice experience is preferred for some locations, although qualified residents and early-career physicians may be considered depending on the opportunity.

Compensation and Benefits

The total package includes:

  • Competitive base compensation
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off and parental leave
  • Professional liability coverage
  • CME allowance and paid CME time
  • Coverage of applicable license and DEA renewal expenses
  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities

Additional incentives and relocation support may vary by location.
