AOIA is seeking an OB/GYN to join a thriving hospital team in the Texas Hill Country, just outside San Antonio. The role offers a collaborative, multi-specialty environment with 5 counties and 45,000+ residents served.

We provide a high-volume obstetrics practice (40–50 deliveries per month, ~20% C-sections) with a 4-day workweek option and a choice of practice emphasis: heavier OB, 50/50 OB/GYN, or heavier GYN with some OB.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care to a multi-county service area (5 counties) and 45,000+ residents.
• Deliver high-volume obstetrics with 40–50 deliveries per month and ~20% cesarean sections.
• Offer flexible practice structure (GYN focus with some OB, 50/50 OB/GYN, or heavier OB) at a brand-new L&D and dedicated OB unit.
