Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist – OB/GYN to join our Indiana team. The role involves blood collection, specimen handling, and accurate data entry at our Ft. Wayne location with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays. Travel to additional sites may be required.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with phlebotomy certification and 1+ year of experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for patient interactions and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or phlebotomy certification with 1+ year experience.
• Ability to pass a color blindness test.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
