Job summary

TriHealth Women’s Services in Cincinnati seeks a credentialed Ultrasonographer to perform OB/GYN, prostate, body, abdominal and head/neck ultrasound exams according to ACR/AIUM guidelines. Travel to additional locations may be required; reports to physician and supervisor.

A 32-hour work week qualifies for benefits, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Requires an Associate's Degree in Allied Health, RDMS or ARRT certification, BLS, and clinical allied health experience.

Qualifications

• RDMS certification or ARRT (US) required.
• Associate's Degree in Allied Health or equivalent.
• BLS certification and clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate records and completes paperwork before submission.
• Provides patient, family and staff comfort before, during and after procedures.
• Demonstrates organizational and communication skills to support department wellbeing.
• Follows imaging protocols and departmental procedures.
• Produces and evaluates diagnostic sonograms for radiologic interpretation.

Education

Associate's Degree in Allied Health

Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), or ARRT (US)

Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
