Elk Ridge Community Health invites an experienced OB/GYN to join Elk Ridge at Flagstaff Medical Center on a per diem basis. You will deliver care in a Level II Trauma Center, collaborating with a cohesive team committed to compassionate, high-quality obstetric and gynecologic services across a diverse patient population.

The role supports flexible, Arizona-wide availability with a focus on work-life balance, excellent outcomes, and comprehensive coverage including midwife support and robotic

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with OBGYN residency completed.
• Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN.
• Unrestricted Arizona Medical License and DEA license required.
• Hospital privileges for OB deliveries and GYN surgeries needed.
• Preference for FQHC/CHC patient population experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB deliveries and perform GYN surgeries.
• Collaborate with hospital team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain licensure and hospital privileges as required.

As a per diem OB/GYN physician you will be practicing for Elk Ridge at Flagstaff Medical Center, you’ll collaborate with a supportive, cohesive team of dedicated providers in a culture built on trust, inclusivity, and shared excellence. What We Offer:

• An average of 80 deliveries per month
• Deliveries take place at a Level II Trauma Center just 2 miles from our out-patient clinic
• 1 in 5 hospital call with partial midwife support
• C-section rate is less than 20%
• Only practice in the region offering TOLAC
• GYN Surgeries including robotic surgeries

Compensation & Benefits:

• Generous hourly per diem rate starting at $161.53.

Requirements

• Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed an OBGYN residency.
• Board eligible or board certified.
• Have an unrestricted Arizona License and DEA.
• Approval to hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and GYN Surgeries.
• Have a preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC patient population.
