Job summary

Main Line Health's Patient Services team in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the day shift. You will greet and direct patients, schedule visits, and act as a liaison between patients and staff to keep charts and records organized.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of office experience, familiarity with insurance payers and medical terminology, and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of office experience.
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical terminology preferred.
• Must be experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct and schedule patients and visitors.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff.
• Prepare patient charts before check-in and keep records, reports and correspondence organized.
