Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Mount Auburn OB/GYN outpatient practice in Cambridge. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, covering obstetrics and gynecology with a focus on timely access and excellent patient experience.

You will work alongside physicians and midwives, managing annual visits, obstetric care, and follow-up gynecologic care, while upholding high clinical standards and collaborative care models.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Active Nursing License and prescriptive authority are required.
• 1–3 years related clinical experience is expected.
• MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA prescriptive authority must be valid.
• MA Board authorization to practice as an APRN NRSG is required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association is required.
• Experience with common clinical software and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for a panel of patients in ambulatory OB/GYN.
• Develop and implement care plans including treatments and medications.
• Monitor response to therapy and adjust plans; provide education and referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff; participate in education programs.

Prescriptive authority (MA DPH-DCP & DEA)

MA APRN NRSG authorization

American Heart Association BLS
