Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and arrange follow-up as indicated.
• Review lab results and inform patients and providers of results and recommendations.
• Coordinate referrals to ancillary services and document care plans.
• Administer education and follow-up care to patients and families.
• Assist physicians and midlevel providers with procedures and testing.
• Maintain department logs and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
