Job summary

Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates of Hampton is looking for a motivated LPN or RN to join their team in a busy, patient-centered OB/GYN practice. The role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, triaging patient calls, and maintaining patient flow. Qualifications

• Prior OB/GYN experience is strongly preferred.
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care and in-office procedures.
• Triage patient calls and address clinical concerns appropriately.
• Coordinate and authorize surgical procedures when needed.
• Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day.
• Uphold OSHA and compliance standards.
