Job summary

Corewell Health in Michigan is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice Students. As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be part of a clinical support team in a busy OBGYN clinic, supporting care delivery and patient interactions across Ada and Cutlerville locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program OR a minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred.
• AHA or ARC BLS certification required within 90 days.
• CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA or NRCMA certification required within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Be a member of the clinical support team to assist providers and ensure care delivery.
• Support the outpatient obstetrics/gynecology clinic operations and patient flow.
• Contribute to patient care and safety in the clinic setting.
