Corewell Health's Gynecological Surgical Specialties practice seeks a motivated Medical Assistant to join a high‑level subspecialty women's health team in Grand Rapids. You will support physicians and advanced practice providers with direct patient care, clinical tasks, and coordinated workflow.

The role is part-time, with day shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and includes a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible external applicants or CHW MA Apprentice students.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program that includes hands‑on, in‑person clinical skills training OR a minimum of one year of experience performing direct patient care.
• 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• Certifications CMA/CCMA/RMA/NCMA/NRCMA required within 120 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers in daily patient care and clinical support.
• Support workflow in the Urogynecology clinic to ensure timely, safe patient care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to prepare patients and rooms for procedures.
