Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Certification: Medical Assistant certificate from an approved school.
• BCLS certification – Required Issuing Authority: AHA.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• For in-house candidates, promotion to Level II is contingent upon consistent E or S annual performance appraisals.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical office support including venipuncture, EKGs, vital signs, and specimen processing.
• Assist with exam/procedure room setup, patient flow, and transfers.
• Enter orders and manage EMR/requisition forms; handle referrals and charting.
• Schedule surgeries/procedures and prepare charts, pre-admissions and consent forms.
