Job summary

Almara Women’s Health, part of Infinite Health Collaborative, seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to provide comprehensive OB/GYN support across all life stages. The role involves patient intake, vitals, toe-to-toe clinical assistance, and in-house testing, with a focus on accurate documentation.

The position is full-time, on-site, with responsibilities across Edina and Maple Grove locations, offering a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Medical Assistant program or MLT program.
• AAMA or AMT certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience in a clinic setting.
• X‑ray license or willingness to obtain limited scope x‑ray license.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information and document medical history.
• Measure and record vital signs and document in chart.
• Obtain blood specimens via venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Perform in-house tests (UA, Hemoglobin, glucose tests).
• Assist physician and staff in exam rooms and provide patient instructions.
