Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in physician office or other healthcare setting preferred.
• For NJ locations: graduate of an accredited medical assisting program with 330 hours (NJ only).

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with examinations and diagnostic procedures.
• Take and document vital signs and medical history.
• Manage patient flow and escort to exam rooms.
• Order clinical supplies and maintain inventory.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
