Jackson Physician Search is assisting a respected women’s health practice in Northern Arizona to recruit BE/BC OB/GYNs for a stable, physician-led group. Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN (BE/BC).
• Laborist role with up to eight 24-hour shifts per month.
• Two days of blocked procedure time per month; no surgeries while on call.
• Collaborative physician-midwife model; OBs take second call for generalist.
• MFM support via telehealth for high-risk pregnancies.

Responsibilities

• Provide GYN surgery, outpatient clinic care, and OB hospitalist coverage.
• Participate in a collaborative care model with midwives.
• Manage high-risk obstetric cases with MFM support via telehealth.
