Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a respected, physician-led OB/GYN group in Northern Arizona with recruiting BE/BC OB/GYN physicians to join four OB/GYNs and three CNMs. This laborist/generalist role promises a collaborative culture and a high quality of life in Flagstaff at 7,000 feet.

Highlights include up to eight 24-hour shifts per month, GYN surgery, outpatient clinic duties, OB hospitalist call, and telehealth MFM support for high-risk patients.

Qualifications

• BE/BC OB/GYN joining an established physician group.
• Laborist role with up to eight 24-hour shifts per month.
• Generalist scope includes GYN surgery, outpatient clinic and OB hospitalist call.
• Collaborative physician-midwife model; OBs take second call for the generalist role.
• Access MFM support for high-risk patients via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide GYN surgery and OB care within the group.
• Cover hospitalist OB services and on-call duties.
• Coordinate care with CNMs and MFM via telehealth.
• Participate in a collaborative team to deliver high-quality women's health.
