Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist to join the Women's Health team at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) in San Francisco. The role offers full-scope obstetric care in a Level 3+ NICU environment with in-house neonatology, anaesthesiology, maternal-fetal medicine, and midwifery support.

Competenze

• MD or DO degree or equivalent.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG).
• Eligible for California medical licensure.
• Experience in obstetric inpatient care and leadership capabilities.

Mansioni

• Provide full-scope inpatient obstetric care, including evaluation, labor management, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Manage obstetric triage and acute obstetric presentations.
• Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries and manage obstetric emergencies.
• Collaborate with SWBMG OB/GYN physicians, CNMs, maternal-fetal medicine, anesthesiology, neonatology, and nursing teams.
• Provide consultation and support for high-risk obstetric patients.
• Participate in one outpatient clinic day per week.
• Support quality, safety, and clinical improvement initiatives within Women’s Health.
• Contribute to a collegial, multidisciplinary physician culture.
