Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis on 86th Street in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our OB team.

The role provides access to Level IV Perinatal Care and NICU facilities, a physician-led, collaborative culture, and opportunities to lead emergency GYN surgeries with strong specialty support.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO required for practice in Indiana.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. ACLS accepted.

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Specialty Assets: Access to Level IV Perinatal Care Center and Level IV NICU facilities

• Collaborative Culture: Partner closely with a highly integrated nursing team and four distinct OB groups to optimize delivery and triage workflows.

• Clinical Excellence: Lead emergency GYN surgical interventions, managing high-acuity cases including ectopics and ovarian torsions with full specialty support.

• Outcome-Focused Triage:Drive unit efficiency by managing all triage arrivals and ER consults, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

• Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

• Surgical Proficiency: Physicians who are comfortable performing emergency GYN surgeries independently.
