Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist for the Rose Medical Center in Denver, CO, known as a premier destination for maternity care.

Join a well-established program delivering comprehensive hospital-based OB/GYN care with a flexible schedule of six 24-hour shifts per month, enabling work-life balance.

You will collaborate with anesthesiology, neonatology, and NICU teams, and contribute to leadership within a Magnet-designated facility.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN (ABOG) credential and CO licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years post-residency obstetric experience.
• Leadership or directorship experience (2+ years).
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hospital-based OB/GYN care within a high-performing program.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, neonatology teams and a Level III NICU.
• Lead clinical initiatives and contribute to program leadership.

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist at Rose Medical Center, a Magnet®‑designated facility recognized for excellence in women’s health in Denver, CO. This role offers a unique opportunity for patient care within a high‑performing obstetric program.

Position & OB/GYN Hospitalist Program Highlights

• Well-established program with approximately 4,000 annual deliveries
• Provide comprehensive hospital-based OB/GYN care
• Flexible schedule of just 6 (24-hour) shifts per month, allowing time for work‑life balance
• Practice within a highly collaborative environment alongside:
• Experienced anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
• A fully supported Level III NICU
