Job summary

Duke Obstetrics and Gynecology in Durham, NC seeks an Obstetrics and Gynecology Generalist or Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join the Division of Duke women's Community and Population Health.

Candidates provide complex gynecologic surgery, obstetric and gynecologic care, and supervise residents and medical students in clinics and OR. MD/DO with ACGME OB/GYN residency is required; MIGS fellowship is preferred; five+ years of practice is expected.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency.
• Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery preferred.
• Five or more years of postgraduate practice.
• Supervise residents and medical students in clinics and OR.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex gynecologic surgery (hysterectomies and other benign procedures).
• Provide gynecologic care for patients of all ages ( contraception, menopause, family planning).
• Supervise residents and medical students; participate in Grand Rounds.
• Support maternal-fetal medicine on L&D and high-risk obstetric care.
