Job summary

Dignity Health in Redding, CA is seeking an OB/GYN Generalist to deliver full-scope outpatient and surgical care, including urogynecology and fertility services, within a collaborative team-based model.

You will oversee resident education, call coverage, and work within Mercy Medical Center Redding; the role offers immediate patient volume and a competitive compensation package between $470k and $490k, plus a recruitment package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active or eligible license in California
• Strong clinical skills with experience in developmental and (line cut)

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope outpatient and surgical care including urogynecology and minimally invasive surgery
• Maintain high surgical volume with ~2 full OR days per week
• Lead OB/GYN call coverage and resident education
• Staff the OB Hospitalist program and participate in teaching leadership roles
