Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking an Ultrasonographer for the Women’s Care Clinic in Fort Worth, TX. The position is full-time, days only, with a 40-hour workweek (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm).

You will perform OB/GYN ultrasound exams, maintain equipment, and support patient care in a fast-paced clinic. Applicants should have an Associates degree in Ultrasound Technology, RDMS/ARDMS certifications, BCLS clearance, and at least two years of related experience, preferably in OB/GYN settings.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Ultrasound Technology required.
• RDMS and ARDMS certification required upon hire.
• BCLS certification maintained every 2 years and at hire.
• 2 years related experience; OB/GYN experience strongly preferred.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients utilizing the Ultrasonographer process.
• Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations and records data.
• Prepares room, greets patients, and educates on procedures.
• May schedule and coordinate tests.
• Processes and manipulates images; analyzes image quality.
• Records test results and maintains equipment.
• Maintains logs and sanitary standards in the room.
• Stocks and orders supplies; performs other duties as assigned.
