Job summary

Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology in New Jersey seeks a compassionate CMA or LPN to join our clinical team. You will work closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and staff to deliver attentive, coordinated care to women across their care journeys.

This on-site role emphasizes strong clinical skills, teamwork, and patient experience. OB/GYN experience is a plus, but eager learners who are adaptable are welcomed. Excellent benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with certification or NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional approach to patient care.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort patients to examination rooms and prepare for visits.
• Document vital signs, medical histories, medications, and patient information.
• Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Assist physicians with gynecologic exams, prenatal visits, and office-based procedures.
• Perform blood draws and collect specimens within scope.
• Support patient education and follow-up coordination.
• Maintain patient records and ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance.
