Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's OptumCare division in Washington seeks a Registered Nurse to provide personalized patient care and support clinic operations. The role includes clinical duties, coordination of patient care, and contributing to teaching plans for patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN license and nursing degree required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of RN experience preferred (as stated).

Responsibilities

• Assesses and evaluates patient care needs and suggests solutions to care problems.
• Identifies and recommends solutions to departmental problems.
• Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity and recommends changes as necessary.
• Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan.

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Active Registered Nurse license

Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
