Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain safety culture and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed within service area.
