Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Gatekeeper to ensure every step of the order process is followed in our distribution center. You’ll verify incoming and outgoing orders, confirm pallets match High Jump reports, and correct errors to keep shipments moving.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong organizational and time‑management skills, basic math and computer abilities, attention to detail, and at least one year in a distribution center or quality role.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend order information and work instructions.
• Knowledge of all systems in the distribution center.
• Verifies that incoming and outgoing orders are correct.
• Verifies that pallets and boxes match what High Jump reports.
• Ability to research and fix errors with orders/boxes.
• Identifies and corrects problem scans.
• Identifies and isolates errors and communicates resolution.
• Assist in other areas of the cell as needed, such as material handling, stocking, and packing.
• Practice 5S and Safety.
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned.
