Corewell Health is seeking an inpatient RN Float Pool to support three campuses—St. Joseph, Niles, and Watervliet—in southwest Michigan.

This full‑time flex float position services the Lakeland Hospitals network with day shifts and a 36‑hour week. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge, partner with patients and families, and document education in the health record.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing within five years.
• MI RN license; BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patient/family to plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
• Document education and learning in the health record.
