Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a CRNA to join Envision Physician Services. This opportunity offers full-time or part-time options with a broad schedule and in-house call coverage.

Valley Anesthesiology Consultants has long been recognized for providing the highest quality of peri-operative anesthesia care to the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding communities.

Opportunity Highlights Include

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available ranging from 120-146 annual shifts (average 10-12 shifts per month).
• 12 or 24-hour shifts Monday-Sunday.
• Flexible shift structure Call: Required - nights/weekends/holidays in-house coverage.
• Opportunities to pick up MOR shifts for additional pay for a well-rounded practice.
• Compensation: Annual Salary: Starting at $250,000 - $300,000.
• Opportunities for additional premium pay.
• Up to $75K Start Date Bonus - tied to 2 years.
