Job summary

Envision seeks a CRNA to provide OB anesthesia at Banner Estrella in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers full-time or part-time options, with 120–146 annual shifts and 12 or 24-hour blocks. In-house colleagues support a collaborative practice, including MOR shift opportunities for added pay.

Salary ranges from $250,000 to $300,000 with up to $75,000 start-date bonus; comprehensive benefits include 401(k), professional liability coverage, and CME reimbursement up to $2,500.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification required.
• Experience in obstetric anesthesia preferred.
• Neuraxial and ultrasound-guided regional techniques desirable.

Responsibilities

• Placement and management of neuraxial blocks (epidural/spinal).
• Performance of US-guided peripheral blocks (e.g., TAP) when indicated.

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time options available ranging from 120-146 annual shifts (average 10-12 shifts per month).

12 or 24-hour shifts Monday-Sunday.

Flexible shift structure

Opportunities to pick up MOR shifts for additional pay for a well-rounded practice.

Compensation:

Annual Salary: Starting at $250,000 - $300,000

• Opportunities for additional premium pay.
• Up to 75K Start Date Bonus- tied to 2 years
• Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), professional liability coverage, and up to $2,500 CME/business expense reimbursement.
