Job summary

CHI Health Clinic in Omaha's Lakeside OB Clinic is seeking an LPN to deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team. You will perform general nursing tasks, document health histories, vital signs, and assessments, while following clinic workflows to support patient well‑being and recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in good standing.
• BLS – American Heart Association.
• IV Therapy Course completed.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Expectations:

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• Completion of IV Therapy Course
