Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Clinic LPN at the Lakeside OB Clinic in Omaha, NE. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform general nursing duties, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Key qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN program, active LPN license, BLS, and IV therapy training. We offer a sign-on bonus and education assistance for eligible new hires to support growth in OB care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in good standing.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• IV therapy course completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care following clinic workflows.
• Provide specialty-related nursing care as applicable.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, chief complaint, and risk factors.
• Educate patients and families about health status and management of conditions.
• Adhere to guidelines, standards of care, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.

Expectations

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

*Job Requirements**Required:*

*Pay Range*

$20.86 - $29.46 /hour
