Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Lynnwood is seeking a Full-Time OB Coordinator to support prenatal tracking from pregnancy confirmation through six weeks postpartum, collaborating with patients and the clinical team for timely, respectful care.

This role emphasizes coordination of referrals, scheduling, and education, with strong communication and patient-centered service; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. BLS CPR within 90 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; health or social services education preferred.
• At least 1 year in health or human services is acceptable.
• BLS CPR within 90 days of hire required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform prenatal intake and obtain past medical history.
• Document intake in EPIC.
• Provide updates on shared OB and MSS clients as needed.
• Assist patients with pregnancy management and link to social services.
• Manage referrals, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Participate in MSS and OB provider meetings.
• Prepare monthly prenatal reports and update OB database.
• Ensure privacy and coordinate with care teams.
