The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an OB Care Associate to support the Labor & Delivery team. You will perform scrub duties and assist with vaginal deliveries, ensuring sterile setup and proper instrument handling under RN supervision.

You will also contribute to patient education and clerical tasks to help deliver safe, efficient perinatal care. Teamwork, safety, and procedural competence are essential in this high‑quality unit.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; STNA/Nurse Aide training or nursing student with clinical rotation.
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6–12 months in a healthcare setting preferred.
• REQUIRED SKILLS: Critical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, and communication in clinical contexts.

• Performs clinical care as assigned by RN under Ohio Nursing guidelines.
• Assists with vaginal deliveries and prepares sterile setup.
