Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification and/or Mercy UAP training within 90 days of hire; Mercy will train.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• Must understand English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care and clerical support for OB patients.
• Support nursing team and assist with ADLs for newborns, childbirth and postpartum patients.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks to ensure unit goals and patient safety.
• Assist with operational tasks such as patient records, bed control, turnover, transport, and supplies as assigned.
