Job summary

Mercy in Rogers, AR is seeking a compassionate healthcare support teammate. No prior experience required; training provided. You will assist patients, support with daily activities, and work within a caring team dedicated to quality care.

Required: high school diploma or GED, BLS within one month of hire, PCA competencies within 3 months. CNA certification is preferred, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Position Details:

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma, G.E.D, CNA/CPTC or enrollment in a healthcare career program through their high school curriculum, and/or a current co-worker of Mercy.

• Experience: None required

• Preferred Experience: Healthcare, customer care, or hospitality.

• Certifications: BLS Required within one month of hire, completion of PCA competencies within 3 months of hire.

• Preferred Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

• Other: Minimum Physical Requirements

  • Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift

  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
