North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an OB Night-Float Anesthesiologist to support a busy hospital-based practice at White Plains Hospital in Westchester County, NY. The role offers an OB-only night-float schedule of 24 weeks on and 28 weeks off, with attendings performing procedures for efficiency.

Compensation includes a salary of $700K and a sign-on incentive up to $100K, along with comprehensive benefits and malpractice coverage.

Formación

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution required.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board eligibility or certification preferred.
• Current medical licensure in good standing.
• ECFMG/FLEX if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia; monitor patient condition and intervene as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

• Anesthesia services provided for White Plains Hospital and five Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the area

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesiaMonitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

• Salary: $700K
