North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks a CRNA for OB Night-Float at White Plains Hospital Center in White Plains, NY. The role supports a busy hospital-based practice with a diverse case mix and a care-team model focused on balance and excellence in patient care.

We offer a comprehensive rewards package including a base salary of $375,000, a $100,000 sign-on, CME allowances, and strong benefits. The schedule is 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off in OB Night-Float assignments.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program."
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
