Responsibilities

• Leading new customer identification, prospecting, onboarding, and market expansion efforts.
• Building and managing a robust sales pipeline from first contact through long-term partnership.
• Owning commercial relationships, including pricing strategy and growth planning.
• Identifying new applications, end uses, and market segments for oat, fiber, and OTO/blend products.
• Translating market intelligence and customer feedback into actionable commercial insights.
