Job description

The Oasis House Manager oversees the administrative and clinical aspects of the crisis‑bed unit of LCMHS, Oasis House. The incumbent is responsible for program development and maintenance, supervision of staff, and functioning within the Behavioral Health division.

Education/Experience

Required:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, or BSN and at least 2 years’ experience working with people with persistent and chronic mental illness

• Required elements, plus 2 years’ experience working with people with persistent and chronic mental illness; and 2 years’ supervisory experience.
