Job summary

Lamoille County Mental Health Services is seeking a leader to manage the Mobile Crisis Team, Crisis-Bed Unit (Oasis House), and the PIP bed, ensuring consistent, timely responses to mental health crises.

The role includes supervising staff, supporting program development and maintenance, and coordinating with community providers, with potential direct clinical service to a small caseload as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; at least 5 years’ experience in emergency service management.
• Preferred: Master’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in emergency service management.

The incumbent manages the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Crisis Team, Crisis-Bed Unit (Oasis House), and PIP bed while promoting consistency across the agency’s crisis services. This role includes oversight of clinical and operational functions to ensure timely and effective responses to individuals experiencing mental health crises.Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting program development and maintenance, coordinating with community providers, and overseeing daily operations of the crisis-bed unit, PIP bed and the care of clients .
