Job summary

Reynolds + Rowella, LLP is seeking an Outsource Accounting Services (OAS) Manager to lead client relationships and provide advisory services. You will guide the delivery of financial insights, oversee engagements, and help shape MAS offerings.

A path toward Director-level leadership is anticipated. The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, collaboration with management, and the strategic growth of the OAS practice within a respected regional firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8+ years of public accounting experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and present financial information.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online).
• Strategic thinking and clear communication of financial insights.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements with strong organization.
• High professionalism and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager for OAS clients.
• Lead client meetings, present financial results, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Translate financial data into actionable business guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve client operations and profitability.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing relationships.
• Support business development efforts and MAS service offerings.
• Oversee engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and scope adherence.
• Mentor MAS staff and develop client-facing communication skills.
• Maintain expertise in cloud-based accounting platforms and key close processes.
