Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving a van or similar vehicle is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexible hours including early mornings and late afternoons.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for transporting students.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school van following traffic laws.
• Transport students to and from school and events, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Assist students with boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate with school staff, parents, and students about schedules.
• Enforce safety, seatbelt use, and monitor behavior in transit.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports as required.
• Attend training on safety protocols and district policies.
