GENERAL FUNCTION

The sales supervisor collaborates with the store manager to learn all aspects of store management. As part of the management team, the sales supervisor provides excellent customer service, achieves sales targets, maintains visual standards, and maximizes profits by controlling expenses and safeguarding assets. They also work with the store manager to develop the team to meet revenue, profit, and service goals.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Achieve high performance and sales results.
  • Assist in training and managing staff to maximize sales.
  • Assign tasks and help schedule staff hours following payroll guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in merchandise presentation.
  • Coordinate merchandise restocking and flow from warehouse to floor.
  • Oversee staff adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
  • At least one year of retail management experience.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to train staff and foster professional growth.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, move around, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Repetitive physical activities such as bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching, and using a stepladder.
  • Bilingual proficiency.
